Delivery is currently free on all online orders. Outside of this promotion a contribution to delivery costs of £5.00 is required. This does not apply if the amount of your order exceeds £40 or the amount stipulated for a special promotional offer on delivery.

Your order will be processed by the logistics centre located in Nottingham, then dispatched by UPS. Only orders for which the invoice and delivery addresses are in the United Kingdom, except Channel Islands, can be processed. Your order will reach you within 5 - 7 working days, aside from severe weather conditions and exceptional circumstances. Some areas of the UK, such as remote parts of Northern Scotland may take longer. Orders cannot be delivered to the Channel Islands or to a P.O box delivery address.

If you wish to send a gift, choose the products and add them to your basket. When you are on the checkout page, you can select gift wrap. You can then send your order to another recipient.
