Acqua di Giò Essenza evolved out of its predecessor but differs from it in many ways.
The top note is different: We are no longer in an iodized wave but in the coolness of fresh water, in the invigorating purity of a flowing spring. The water runs, sparkles in a constantly renewed dance. It courses through the entire formula and gives it an extraordinary, persistent freshness, sustained by accents of Cologne, Sicilian bergamot essence and delicious grapefruit zest.
Now to the heart note: Hedione is replaced by one of its descendents, still new to the perfumer’s palette, aptly named Paradisone. Like its ancestor, it has the amazing ability to brighten everything around it and reinforce the strength of each ingredient, to last in the long run and anchor the molecules in the aura.
Also the bottom note is distinctive, reinventing everything.
Almost every one of the original elements is present but totally revised.
The result is an incomparable sensuality, the tantalizing lure of the skin.
A rich, luxurious shower gel that gently cleanses skin and hair.
A light, distinguished eau de toilette inspired by the fresh sea, warm sun and the richness of the earth.
