NEO NUDE MELTING COLOR BALM is a versatile balm for cheeks and eyes made in an oil-in-powder formulation. Its airy-moist texture composed of 40% oil allows it to effortlessly blend into the skin. With a soft, bouncy consistency that feels smooth and ultra-comfortable on the skin, the balm results in a natural matte finish that looks fresh. Available in nine subdued, refined shades, NEO NUDE MELTING COLOR BALM enhances different skin tones and subtly defines the face’s contours.

Use your fingertips to warm up the formula using a circular motion and pick up a bit of product. To apply for a flush of color, start by gently dabbing into your cheeks and blending outwards with a clean finger - this gives you a soft, natural look. For added pigment, add another layer of the product and blend with your fingertips. For the eyelids, apply using the ring finger on the whole eyelid and blend softly outwards.
