To evoke the magnificent sunrise over imperial gardens in SANTAL DĀN SHĀ, Fabrice Pellegrin masterfully blended bright bergamot and spicy cardamom with a deep, unctuous sandalwood. The result mirrors the vibrant sunlight reflecting on majestic cinnabar-coloured walls, capturing the unique hue of the sandalwood itself.
In SANTAL DĀN SHĀ, New Caledonian sandalwood is carefully distilled using a fractional process to extract a Heart essential oil, delivering a powerfully creamy, textured woodiness that echoes the majestic sensations of the Chinese imperial palace landscape, bringing depth and comfort to our fragrance.
